From recruitment to onboarding into the organization

When a recruitment candidate has elected and signed the contract, an onboarding process will start. The candidate becomes an employee. All previous gathered information about the candidate is moved to the employee data. An easy process without having to re-enter data again into another system or application.

Add every employee's resume to their personal profile. You can then use the search and filter options on the dashboard to find employee’s based on their work experience, education and certifications.

Identify and trace the money spent by your company for each of the fleet vehicles. Recurring costs of your contracts such as leasing and services contracts are automatically added to your accounting at the beginning of each period of the frequency specified in the contracts, while all other costs like fuel and repairs are automatically added to your report.
